Based in the heart of Bondi Junction, this is an opportunity for a Business & Marketing Manager to work alongside a high performing Director and take control of the business operations.

The Role

Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top performing business in order. Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team, this role will see you utilise your administration, management and marketing skills daily. As a Business & Marketing Manager, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

Design, implement and maintain a social media marketing strategy for the company

Review and approach all external and internal marketing materials

Establishing marketing budgets & authorize appropriate payments to suppliers

Ensure all aspects of the sales process are delivered on time

Sales Administration

Oversee administration staff

Support the facilitation of recruitment process in the office

Ensure the setup of new staff members

Organise weekly sales meetings

Maintain policies and procedures to ensure all sales related processes were efficient

Ad hoc administration The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will have strong previous Real Estate experience. This is an integral role working alongside a team of Directors and their high performing employees. We are seeking someone that has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills and be a motivated self-starter. Ideally, you will have:

High levels of coaching ability

High degree of presentation skills for training

Ability to maintain quality of work
