Essential Criteria:

Possess a sound knowledge of the Australian Government Financial Framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and their application.

Anticipates and is responsive to client needs, and has a strong commitment to excellence in client service.

Ability to undertakes objective, systematic analysis and provides accurate procurement advice and services based on evidence.

Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tasks across multiple disciplines

Experience in Service Level management.

Understanding of and familiarity with ICT terminology.

Financial administration knowledge or skills would be considered an advantage.

Confidently presents information in a clear, concise and articulate manner tailored to a range of audience, including those who are not experts in procurement.

Approaches contract negotiations with a clear understanding of the key issues, understands the desired outcomes and discusses issues credibly and thoughtfully. Presents persuasive counter-arguments and encourages the support of relevant stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Proficient in understanding complex ICT software and hardware licensing.
