About the Role

Due to an exciting growth period Our Client is excited to be on the hunt for an assistant / administrator with at least 12 months experience in Real Estate to join this highly respected team.

This is a varied role that will see you assisting a property manager with all ad-hoc PM duties including:

Lease renewals

Managing rent arrears

New tenant sign-ups,

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Maintenance requests and invoices

Preparing of documents plus much more. The successful applicant will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think outside the square in terms of coming up with ideas to resolve issues that arise.


To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following:

At least 12 months experience as an Assistant / Administrator in Property Management

Exceptional Microsoft office skills

Problem solving abilities

Passionate about their career in Property Management
